Festival Download, evento que tem lugar em Donington Park, em Leicestershire na Inglaterra, foi adiado, devido às restições relacionada com a pandemia, para junho de 2022, e já tem anunciado os KISS, Iron Maiden, Biffy Clyro, Deftones, Korn, Megadeth, entre outros.
No entanto, o evento britânico organiza o Download Pilot 2021, nos dias 18, 19 e 20 de junho, no mesmo local, com uma lotação de 10 mil pessoas, que só poderão entrar com teste negativo ao Covid-19. Frank Carter & the Rattlesnakes, Enter Shikari e Bullet For My Valentine, são os principais destaque do evento piloto, onde não será obrigatório as máscaras, nem o distanciamento, e onde é permitido oficialmente fazer Mosh.
