Festival Gouveia Art Rock 2019, evento organizado pela Câmara Municipal de Gouveia que estava marcado para os dias 1, 2 e 3 de maio no Teatro-Cine da cidade serrana do distrito da Guarda, foi adiado para os dias 3, 4 e 5 de outubro, devido à pandemia provocada pelo Covid-19.

As you probably might guess, Gouveia Art Rock 2020 will not occur on the first weekend of May, as it was scheduled. Considering the whole situation related to the progression of the global epidemic caused by Covid-19 and all contingency measures applied in the National Territory, with special focus on the measures approved by the National and Regional Health Authorities, mainly the measures adopted by the local Civil Protection, to ensure the health and safety of musicians, technicians, audience and the local community, the Mayor of Gouveia and Authority of local Civil Protection, inform the postponement of this festival, hoping it may happen on the 3rd, 4th and 5th of October 2020.

Como já era espectável, o Gouveia Art Rock não se poderá realizar no primeiro fim de semana de maio, conforme estava agendado. Considerando toda a situação relacionada com a progressão da pandemia provocada pelo Covid-19 e as medidas de contingência aplicadas ao território português pelas Autoridades de Saúde Nacionais e Regionais, principalmente as adotadas pela Proteção Civil local para assegurar a saúde e segurança dos espetadores, músicos e técnicos, assim como da comunidade local, durante o evento e sua preparação, o Presidente da Câmara Municipal de Gouveia e Autoridade Local da Proteção Civil, informa que foi decidido o adiamento do festival, esperando que este se possa realizar nos dias 3, 4 e 5 de outubro do corrente ano.
